libtests/termios fails on the mvme3100

Description

libtests/termios fails to accept input with the mvme3100 BSP. It works with psim.

This breaks the RTEMS shell.

It used to work circa end-of-2014; I need to do further testin' and bisecting to narrow down the point of breakage
