RTEMS Trace Buffering

RTEMS Trace Buffering is a generator for the RTEMS Trace Linker. The trace buffering generator has the following features:
- Separate entry and exit record with separate executing task and timestamps.
- Task details such as CPU, current priority, real priority, task state and interrupt state.
- Nano-secoind timestamp
- Interrupt safe buffer management.
- Function argument capture.
- Return value capture.
