After having created PR 697, I received this error message from GNATS:

Software error:

Got attachment filename (rtems-ppc-old_exception_processing-cpu.diff) but no attachment data! Probably this is a programming error -- the form which submitted this data must be multipart/form-data (start_multipart_form()). at /home/rtems/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl line 797.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (postmaster@…), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

The file GNATS complains about was attached to PR 696, I had created immediately before creating PR 697.
