c/src/lib/libbsp/powerpc/motorola_powerpc/startup
and
c/src/lib/libbsp/powerpc/shared/startup
both contain a linkcmds

Both are not identical.
shared/startup/linkcmds doesn't seem to be used.
=> One of them is redundant.

I removed powerpc/shared/startup/linkcmds on the branch and on the trunk.
