Description
We need a new jail to build release data such as docs or platform binaries. I'll set this up as soon as I can.

How is this going?
I only need it for building the doco which requires Latex, Tex etc and that is too big an install for dispatch.rtems.org. The 4.11 releases will not be providing binaries.
