    135135 * Since the new release 4.12 is just on the horizon, I am supposed to remove the changes with INI bits and apply it as a second patch over the rest of the updated doc.

     137 * Reported that I got stuck for a long time in figuring out where the changes should be so as to load a ini file.
     138 * Converted a few mc files to ini files
     139 * Reported partial success in loading defaults.ini
