Porting Monkey HTTP server to RTEMS

Introduction: The Monkey HTTP server and supporting infrastructure will be ported to RTEMS.A Recipe will be developed for RSB along with suitable documentation. Further, A modular network stack will be developed comprising the current stack, the libbsd stack and the lwIP port.
