State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-Why: The tests are moved from c/src/test to testsuites. All tags should now have MOVED-FROM-C-SRC-TESTS-TO-TESTSUITES- prepending to the tag so the history is there but you don't get them at checkout of the older tag.
