update trunk to new autotools

Description

The patch below (against the trunk) is supposed to convert rtemsdoc to
using autoconf-2.52 and automake-1.5.

After applying the patch:
cvs add configure.ac tools/configure.ac main.am
cvs rm -f configure.in tools/configure.in

Notes:

  • This is just a quick adaptation of the configuration to the new

autotools and leave plenty of room for improvement.

  • Due to lack of time, no ChangeLog?-entries.
  • The new bootstrap is a copy of current RTEMS's bootstrap.
  • The configure.ac's are copies of the corresponding configure.ins
