Description

  • Update firewalls to latest FreeBSD 13.1
  • Firewalls are dual redundant and share state using pfysnc
  • May require several hours of downtime during OSL business hours.

This needs to be done while the OSL has workers in the case of a severe issue. If it's done outside of typical RTEMS activity there will be noone there to help.

This is a ticket we need to pay attention to as it's the exact setup we're using:

Putting it here as a note as I've been following it for the last month and when I get to the firewalls I will have to keep this in mind.

Firewall update will be paused until the above ticket is resolved there are others having similar issues while not on CARP.
