Subscribing to the mailing lists is not working

Hi

Subscribing to the devel and users lists is not working. No matter what email address I try and what browser it ends up in

"Error 403 | Forbidden | You don't have permission to access this resource."

Also the mailman service version is very old version 2.1.18-1 (its 8 years old). You can see new releases info here

Please fix mailman service.

Mailman is being actively attacked and we need to arrange for it to be fixed but it is a lot of work
