Description

The current FreeBSD provides INET_ADDRSTRLEN in netinet/in.h and has it in a POSIX version ifdef. The Python code expects the IP stack to provide INET_ADDRSTRLEN.

Defining INET_ADDRSTRLEN will resolve the Python patch #730603 on SF.

If POSIX defines it we should provide it if it helps 3rd party packages compile on RTEMS.

I also see some BSP use a private size when using inet_ntop. These should be changed to use INET_ADDRSTRLEN.
