RTEMS tools fails to build under RSB 4.11

Description

Hello everyone,

I was trying to build the toolchain for RTEMS 4.11, but an error occurred.

I attach RSB log.

It seems to me that the error tells us that LIBELF_ARCH is "empty".

I tried again checking out 4.11.3 branch of the RSB instead of the 4.11.

The result was the same.
