     8Using CONFIGURE_POSIX_HAS_OWN_INIT_THREAD_TABLE would have required the use of the undocumented CONFIGURE_POSIX_INIT_THREAD_TABLE_NAME and CONFIGURE_POSIX_INIT_THREAD_TABLE_SIZE configuration options.
