The "Index" chapter,

is empty.

This chapter should contain a usable and helpful index or not be generated at all.

Due to the hierarchical structure of this document I think an index is not necessary. There is also probably nobody available to write one.

In 67195aa/rtems-docs:

cpu-supplement: Remove empty index

Due to the hierarchical structure an index is not absolutely necessary
and an empty index is not helpful. The document sources contain no
index directives.
