I was trying to build the RTEMS Tools and Kernel for the ARM tool chain. I used the follloiwng command:

../source-builder/sb-set-builder --prefix=/opt/rtems/4.11 --jobs=none 4.11/rtems-arm

Near the end, I get this error:
