When we reorganized and cleaned up the website, the file moved under this directory:

​https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/releases/4.10/4.10.2/

A patch would be appreciated since you are in a great position to test it. :)

This has been fixed in the release script, see #2952. Ticket #2996 references the RSB fixes needed. I think these need to back port to 4.10.

Also we should not build the kernel by default.
