Just a ticket to track that we need to find a stable toolset for use with 4.11.

The toolset I have installed reports this:

bfin-rtems4.11-gcc --version
bfin-rtems4.11-gcc (GCC) 4.8.3 20140522 (RTEMS 4.11-RSB-183626a1d4c88bd5e2a829154b1db72642240729-modified-1,gcc-4.8.3/newlib-19-Aug-2014)

Would it be possible to revert the version to this until we can find a newer version?

For the purposes of 4.11, Gedare moved us back to a gcc 4.8 based toolset until this is resolved with GCC. We need to find the GCC PR to associate with this. git bisect needed.
