make/custom/mpc8260ads.cfg uses
CPU_CFLAGS = -mcpu=8260

Gcc-3.0.4 complains about -mcpu=8260 to be invalid:
powerpc-rtems-gcc --pipe -B../../../../../lib/
-B../../../../../mpc8260ads/lib/ -specs bsp_specs -qrtems
-DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DRTEMS_INSIDE -ansi -fasm -O4
-fno-keep-inline-functions -g -Wall -mcpu=8260 -mstrict-align -o
o-optimize/apiext.o -c
../../../../../../../../rtems.work/c/src/exec/score/src/apiext.c
cc1: bad value (8260) for -mcpu= switch
