This file no longer exists in 4.11. No plans to fix this for 4.10.

In what ways does it need to be updated?
While I was fixing the linkcmds files for the M68K BSP's, I noticed that there were a few that were either 1) spelled incorrectly, 2) listed in README.configure yet had no directory, or 3) not listed in README.configure but did have a directory.
Is this what you're talking about? Is there anything else that should be fixed?
