newlib/libc/sys/rtems/machine/_types.h
doesn't set up _size_t correctly for target sparc64.

Affect are all rtems-4.11-sparc64-gcc's using
newlib-1.18.0-rtems4.11-20100423.diff and below.

This PR is a reminder to myself.
