CRLF (DOS) encoded files

Description

These files are using DOS test-file format (CRLF line endings):
./testsuites/sptests/sp35/sp35.scn
./testsuites/sptests/sp34/sp34.scn
./c/src/lib/libcpu/m68k/mcf548x/include/Freescale_license.txt

I think, the *.scn's should be dos2unix converted (but am not sure about it),
converting Freescale_license.txt would be "nice to have", but ...

I consider this to be a rtems-4.9 branch blocker, which must be resolved before branching - Otherwise working with these files on different branches will become a nightmare.

contrib is not part of the RTEMS tarballs.

Besides this the files you list are DOS (MinGW) files.
