The mpc55xxevb contains files lacking a proper copyright/license disclaimer.

Whoever is the copyright holder (likely Embedded Brains GmbH) needs to add these, otherwise we can not ship this code and have to remove the BSP.

This is an RTEMS-4.9-release blocker.
