bsps/imxrt: Generate correctly aligned device tree

The device tree has to be aligned correctly. rtems-bin2c has a new
parameter for that. This patch uses this parameter to generate the right
alignment and makes it more clear how to use the generated C file.

133You'll get a C file which defines the `imxrt_dtb` array. Make sure that your new
134C file is compiled and linked into the application. It will overwrite the
135existing definition of the `imxrt_dtb` in RTEMS.
