• configure.ac: Add AC_CHECK_SIZEOF([CPU_CONTEXT]..). Add SIZEOF_CPU_CONTEXT to cpuopts.h. Add RTEMS_PROG_CCAS.
• acinclude.m4: Use unquoted "here" document to propagate $3 to cpuopts.tmp.
