6chapter of the RTEMS ITRON API User's Guide.  This file contains very
7short things that need to be addressed.

9+ unlimited object not support for allocate by index.  Support either
10  needs to be added for this type of object or the manager initialization
11  code needs to consider it a fatal error to configure the object class
12  in this mode.
