bsps: Move documentation, etc. files to bsps

This patch is a part of the BSP source reorganization.

Update #3285.

2There are a wide range of PC configurations.  This BSP has been tested
3on only a handful.  There are configurations which do not yet work.  The
4failure is suspected to be video card related.  Here is a list of
