Description
- rtems.org receives a lot of attacks which can generate several GB of logs per hour these need to be rotated off.
We have a system in place for offline storage services need to be gracefully restarted to avoid service disruption when logs are rotated.

We'll most likely be going with https://github.com/logrotate
There's no need for anything heavyweight we want to keep logs for security purposes only. Some services will have to be gracefully restarted after log rotation.
