We need to build Doxygen documents for RTEMS after each commit.

I will hook this into Buildbot

A doxygen build size currently is:

docs.rtems.org docs.rtems.org $ du -hs doxygen/
3.7G    doxygen/
docs.rtems.org docs.rtems.org $ du -hs doxygen/*

1.9G    doxygen/releases
docs.rtems.org docs.rtems.org $ du -hs doxygen/branches/*

I have scripts that build on sync.rtems.org and are transferred without ssh or keys via the ftp mount:
